Mr. W.R’s cousin identified him as the person who shot and killed the victim after a physical altercation at a public park in west Phoenix. Defense counsel provided alibi proof that Mr. W.R. was in Chicago at the time of the shooting and he could not have possible been the assailant. The case was dismissed.
